Orders & Processing
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, no order cancellations can be made.
If you ordered the wrong item(s), please initiate a return once received.
And if you entered the wrong address, please contact the carrier as soon as possible to request a change of delivery address or package intercept.
We will only ship items purchased at checkout to the same address provided at checkout.
WAYDAMIN follows strict fraud prevention guidelines to fight against credit card scams & chargebacks. If our Fraud Prevention Team detects fraudulent activity from your order— it will be flagged and canceled immediately.
If this happens to you, we suggest replacing the order with a different card that is authorized with your name and using the same billing and shipping address.
To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Once your order has been confirmed, the order is almost immediately processed for fulfillment.
Please place a new order on the website for the additional items.
Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order begins processing for fulfillment, therefore changes to orders are not allowed.
If you forgot your discount code at checkout, please save it towards your next order as we can't promise to cancel your order in time before it has been processed.
If something is out of stock, you can sign up for back in stock email and/or text alerts by joining our VIP Club.

Processing can take up to 5 business days before your order is sent for delivery.
We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
You can also use Apple Pay and Google Pay as a payment method with our express checkout. Afterpay and Shop Pay are other options we offer as well for installment payments.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. Check out our international shipping policy here.
For applicable countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
Please note that if DDU is selected, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.

WAYDAMIN is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.
Please note: We have a 'no reshipment' policy. We're not currently set up for reshipment orders and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds once the claim is paid.
If you received a shipping confirmation email, then your order has been dispatched and is currently with the carrier.
Carrier delays may occur due to global supply chain delays, customs, public holidays, limited cargo capacity and increased global package volume.

Until your parcel has been sorted and scanned by the carrier, there won’t be any tracking events for you to check on. This may show as a ‘label created’ status with the carrier, and the carrier may take 24 hours to update tracking information online.
If 24 hours has passed and you still see no status with your tracking– please reach out to customer service at email@example.com
International orders will make their way to customs upon departure and entry into your country, so be sure to give it some time just in case you are not seeing any movement on your package.
Please also note: Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday are fulfilled the following business day.
Shipping is normally 2 to 7 business days for domestic orders.
5 to 10 business days for international (outside USA).
Please note carrier delays can increase the arrival estimate and delays are beyond our control once your package is with the carrier.
No change of address can be requested once an order is placed per our store policy as most orders are processed immediately by our fulfillment team. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
If the order has not been fulfilled yet, we will cancel the order and issue full store credit to replace the order.
Free shipping is only offered during limited time promotions. We charge a flat shipping rate for all orders depending on your region.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14 day return/exchange window for US customers on non-final sale items. Items must be unwashed and unworn in pristine-condition with all original tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless you received the wrong item.
- Exchange orders are not eligible for returns and all items within the exchange will be treated as final sale.
The return window starts from the day the order is fulfilled. A $10 non-refundable return fee will occur.
We offer a 20 day return window for all customers on non-final sale items. Items must be unwashed and unworn in pristine-condition with all original tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns unless you received the wrong item.
- Exchanges are not accepted for international orders. Store credit and refunds are the only return outcomes for international orders.
The return window starts from the day the order is fulfilled. A $15 non-refundable return fee will occur.

Note: If you choose our 'Shop Now' option while deciding to just return your item(s), you will receive a $5 bonus credit to instantly shop our full catalog for new items you love.
Once a return window has expired, there are no exceptions made to extending the return window.
We highly recommend trying on and inspecting items once they are delivered to avoid your order becoming ineligible for a return. Your 14 day return window starts once your order has been fulfilled.
DOMESTIC: We charge a $10 return fee.
INTERNATIONAL: We charge a $20 return fee.
You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
Our return fee helps us cover your return postage.
Once the return fee is paid at checkout, a return label/ QR code will become available.
Standard Exchange + Returns Only: Once your return package is dropped off and scanned by the carrier, whatever return outcome chosen will be processed immediately upon an 'in transit' tracking status.
Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to go back to the original payment method after the return is 'in transit'.
Instant Exchange: Your exchange is instantly sent to our fulfillment team without your return package needing to be scanned by the carrier first. Instant exchange orders will still be processed following our normal processing time.
If you chose our 'instant exchange' option while submitting your return, you will be asked to enter your card details for a full purchase amount authorization hold. These funds are held to send your new exchange order off immediately for fulfillment before you send your return items back.
This option ensures you're able to reserve the items you want right away without the worry of an 'out of stock' notice and gives you ample time to head to the post office within 14 days.
Once your return package is shipped and scanned by the carrier, the authorization hold is released immediately. Handling fees will remain non-refundable.
