REFUND POLICY

Refunds for 'Wrong Item(s) Received'

Mistakes happen and we do our best to correct them. If you have received the wrong item(s) in your package, please visit Returns and initiate a return to receive the correct item(s). You will be required to return the incorrect item(s).  Please note, handling fees are waived and your return will go under manual review for inspection first.

If the correct item is out of stock or no longer desired, you will have other credit options available within the portal. 

Refunds for Damaged/Defect Goods

If you received damaged/defect item(s), please visit our returns portal at Returns to proceed with an exchange for a replacement. Please note, handling fees are waived and your return will go under manual review for inspection first.

If the item is out of stock, you will have other credit options available within the portal. 


Refunds for Carrier Delays or Delivery Issues

Once packages are fulfilled and picked up by the carrier, WAYDAMIN is no longer responsible for the delivery of the order since our part in processing, fulfillment and ensuring the carrier has picked up your package has been completed. 

No refunds or store credit can be issued for this matter and a claim must be filed in order to hold the carrier responsible for your unreceived package. Please file a claim with the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance in filing a claim on your behalf as no automatic reshipments can be made.

This policy includes lost, stolen, delayed, failed delivery and mis-delivered packages. 

Refunds for Unwanted Items

If you ordered items that aren't the right fit, you have the option to receive an exchange, store credit or a partial refund to the original payment method by using our self-returns portal via Returns

 

Other Refund Policies

  • All returns go under review first, upon approval— your chosen return outcome will be processed immediately. 
  • Please note that refunds can take up to 3-10 business days to appear back in your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
  • When returns are processed for store credit, a WAYDAMIN gift card will be issued to the email used to make the original purchase after your return package is received at our warehouse and approved by our returns department.
  • Exchange orders are allowed 1 additional return per order
  • Packages sent to our return facility that are not found in our return system, will automatically be rejected and returned to sender. No refunds or store credit can be initiated without return approval via customer support or our returns portal. 
  • Our return to sender process for unauthorized return packages may be subject to a longer wait time.
  • If you are expecting a refund or store credit and 14 days has passed, please reach out to support@waydamin.co

 

*ATTENTION: REGRETFULLY, WE ARE UNABLE TO ISSUE REFUNDS FOR SHIPMENTS THAT EXPERIENCE DELAYS, BECOME LOST, ARE RETURNED TO SENDER, DAMAGED OR MIS-DELIVERED BY THE CARRIER. IF THE TRACKING SHOWS ACCEPTANCE BY THE CARRIER, WAYDAMIN IS NOT AT FAULT FOR ANY DELIVERY ISSUES.

PLEASE INITIATE A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER FIRST IN ORDER TO HOLD THE CARRIER RESPONSIBLE. USPS PRIORITY AND UPS GROUND PACKAGES ARE INSURED UP TO $100 BY THE CARRIER. DHL EXPRESS PACKAGES ARE INSURED BY DECLARED VALUE*
