ORDERING

Why was my order canceled right after I placed it? Signo más

WAYDAMIN abides by strict fraud prevention guidelines to combat credit card scams & chargebacks. Should our Fraud Prevention Team detect any fraudulent activity in your order, it will be promptly flagged and canceled.

Can I cancel my order? Signo más

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, no order cancellations can be made.

If you ordered the wrong item(s), please initiate a return for the item(s) once received.

Can I add an item or make changes to my order before it ships? Signo más

After your order is submitted successfully, it goes into processing right away for fulfillment, so changes are limited.

I forgot to use my discount code— can I still apply it to my order? Signo más

If you forgot your discount code at checkout, please save it towards your next order as we are unable to cancel orders.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES + TAXES
Will I owe duties + taxes for my international order? Signo más

For applicable countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

Please note that if DDU is selected, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.

SHIPPING
Is there international shipping? Signo más

Yes, we ship almost everywhere in the world.

My package was lost/stolen— can you reship my order? Signo más

WAYDAMIN is not liable for missing/stolen packages marked delivered. If you believe your order was mis-delivered or confiscated, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.

Please note: We're not currently set up for reshipment orders and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds once the claim is paid out.

Why is my order delayed? Signo más

If you received a shipping confirmation email, then your order has been dispatched and is currently with the carrier in which we are unable to provide tracking updates.

However, carrier delays may occur due to global supply chain delays, customs, public holidays, limited cargo capacity and increased global package volume.

For more questions about delays, please contact the carrier's customer service team directly with your tracking #.

I need to update my shipping address— how do I do so? Signo más

If you made a mistake with your shipping address, please email us immediately with the correct details.

Please note, shipping address modifications are not always guaranteed in time before fulfillment as we receive many requests and may not be able to make updates.

Note: All tags must be attached to garments and items unworn and unwashed in pristine condition.

How do I access the return portal if I don't know my order number? Signo más

Please reach out to support to search for your order number with all other order details (i.e.-email, name, address, etc.)

What are all my options if I decide to make a return? Signo más

Note: If you are presented with our 'Shop Now' option, you will receive a $5 bonus credit to instantly shop our full catalog for new items.

What is the return window? Signo más

Our return window for worldwide returns is 7 days.

Please carefully try-on your garments as soon as you receive them. If things don’t work out— it is always recommended to initiate a return/exchange same-day using our self-returns portal.

My return window has expired. Can I still make a return? Signo más

Once the return window has expired, we can not make any exceptions to our return policy.

We highly recommend trying on and inspecting items once they are delivered to avoid your order becoming ineligible for a return. 

Are returns free? Signo más

Domestic/USA

Exchanges come at no charge, but a return fee will apply for store credit or refund returns.

International

Overseas returns require a fee to address return label costs, determined by a percentage of the label expense. Exchanges cannot be processed for international purchases.

Do I need to purchase my own return label? Signo más

When you submit a return through our portal, a return label is automatically created, giving you the option to use a QR code or print the label yourself.

How long does a return take to process? Signo más

After you submit a return, please allow 5-7 business days for the package to arrive to our warehouse first. Then allow an additional 1-3 business days for our return department to inspect and approve your request.

Upon approval, your return/exchange request will be processed same or next day.

Regularly monitor your email for updates.

Can I return my exchange item(s) for another exchange or refund? Signo más

Yes, all customers are allowed 2 return requests per order. Once you've reached your return limit, the order item(s) will become ineligible for returns.

SIZING
How do I know if an item will fit me if I'm unsure about sizing? Signo más
